Register with Portland Community College to take this non-credit community education class. Follow a facilitated, interactive process to identify and activate your own passion project. No need to quit your day job to bring greater fulfillment to your life.

Leadership Development Program

A program for those ready to chart the course to be the CEO of their life

A robust 12-month program that touches all aspects of leadership. This 1:1 coaching experience is customized for your goals and tailored to support you. You’ll identify how you see the world and the impact of looking through that lens. Leverage your strengths, identify gaps, learn tools and create action plans for you to fully live the life you choose (not just manage the life that chooses you). Program includes 2 Energy Leadership Index Assessment(s) and the 12-segment iPEC® Energy Leadership Development Workbook.
